Can I permanently delete my FFS account?
To delete your FFS account, please contact our customer services team at info@ffs.co.uk. Someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours to perform an account deletion.
You will have 7 days before your account is fully deleted. If you decide to keep your account you can simply contact us to cancel the action deletion.
Once your account is deleted you will not be able to login to our website or app, and any subscriptions you have with us will be cancelled.
