Orders with Royal Mail 24 delivery applied that have been purchased between Mon-Fri before 2pm will be expected to be delivered the next working day. 95% of Royal Mail 24 orders are delivered on time, although, in a small number of cases, delivery can take up to 2 working days. Most of our subscription orders will fit through standard UK letter boxes.

If for some reason you haven't received your order within seven working days, please email us at info@ffs.co.uk and we will do everything we can to assist you.

No – our gradual tan allows you to build your colour over time, so you can be left with a natural-looking finish without the dreaded streaks. Just make sure you exfoliate the skin beforehand for best results!

No – we recommend you use your hands when applying gradual tan as it works the same way as your typical moisturiser! Don’t forget to wash your hands afterwards!

In the long run, yes. If you’re looking for an instant glow, an instant tan can provide that. On the other hand, gradual tans develop your glow slower, but are easier to maintain in the long run and can become an easy part of your beauty regime.
